Message from the President
~ Would you like to make your world debut through welfare?~
I'm late. My name is Toko Harada and I am the representative of N, a general incorporated association. I worked as a nurse for over 20 years, and after gaining experience as a facility manager, I moved on to become a manager. I started an after-school day service and a nursery school, and currently, in addition to running my business, I also give lectures and other activities. I usually have many opportunities to go abroad. I would like to tell you a little about why I decided to launch this certification project and my thoughts.
When I first started traveling abroad, I could barely speak English, so wherever I went, I relied on friends who spoke English or used my cell phone to translate and communicate with local people.
However, after traveling abroad many times, I realized something. This means that not all people overseas speak English fluently, and that they speak first because they want to communicate with the person in front of them.
With this realization, I was freed from the pressure I unconsciously felt to speak in proper sentences, and I was able to relax my shoulders and enjoy sightseeing more while looking at my surroundings.
Many of the people working in those countries come from other countries to work, and they have many questions about their country of birth, country of work, where they got married, where they died, etc. I learned that there are many people whose homeland is not the same throughout their lives. All over the world, people live across countries due to national circumstances, family circumstances, and what they want to do. There, I met people who were confident about what they were doing and told me that they wanted me to work because they wanted to learn what they were good at, what they could do, or what they wanted to learn here. Ta.
After meeting many people and experiencing overseas, what I can do now and in the future is to be involved in the work of caring for children and the elderly.
Japanese people are meticulous, kind, dedicated to others, clean, meticulous, punctual, considerate, want to share something they make with others, are humble, and want to help others. is. It's hard to say this clearly, but I love that kind of environment.
Therefore, no matter where you go, there are many elements that can bring out that power.
However, we feel anxious and worried about leaving our current environment.
If so, what if you could study a little more and solve that problem? This course was established with the hope that if we, as Japanese people, take that first step, we will be able to leave behind something that we can leave behind for our children and descendants.
There are many Japanese hermits who have left their names overseas. If we, as adults, can continue to find what we can do for others and extend our help, even if it's just a small effort in the beginning, we will surely be able to grow and connect to the future.
This qualification can be used in a variety of jobs involving foreigners.
This is what will change when you take this test!
You can set goals and find what you want to do.
I can think of concrete things I can do in the world.
It will be easier to interact with foreign people in Japan.
In my current job, I can deepen my relationship with overseas countries and improve my skills.
Changing the way we see society, broadening our horizons
I feel confident in myself
